No, I'm not. It's part of my research, and while audience numbers aren't the only way of measuring influence, they are part of it. I'd be very interested to know what the range is, audience-wise, for blogs similar to mine,

I don't know. I check Thurston Moore's blog pretty regular. Naturally, I'm not sure how many hits he gets, but you get a ton more comments. I enjoy yr blog. Thurston's is cool, too. He wrote a really interesting piece on the Stooges a few weeks back.
